How does your 7-day free trial work?
Sign up, and get instant access to all our features for 7 days. You will have to upgrade to a paid account before the expiry of your trial period in order to keep using your account.
Do I have to provide my credit card details?
No. You don’t need a credit card to sign-up for our free trial. However, you need to add a credit card if/when you decide to activate your account, submit your website to compliance, request support assistance, go live with your website, or use any or our professional services.
What if I already have a website?
No problem at all. Advisor Websites will help you transfer the content. In fact, it means that you’re already halfway to getting a new website since the content already exists.
Unfortunately, no refunds for professional services (standard and custom websites built by a Project Manager) will be provided to you if you elect to terminate your subscription.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Absolutely. Simply log in to your website dashboard and click the billing menu at the top of the screen, then choose the ‘Order new services’ link under the ‘Services’ menu. You can then select your new plan.
No refunds or credits will be provided to you if you elect to downgrade plan. Downgrading your plan may cause loss of content, features, or capacity of the service as available to you under your account and Advisor Websites does not accept any liability for such loss.
Can I remove the ‘Powered by Advisor Websites’ logo?
The final price of your website includes a $299 discount for the placement of the ‘Powered by Advisor Websites’ logo. If you would like it removed, please contact our Billing Department and a one-time $299 fee will be charged on your next invoice.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Mastercard and Visa. Please contact our Billing Department for more information.
If the card isn’t going through, sometimes banks will put a hold on them when making international purchases. If this is the case, please call your provider.
Do I have to pay taxes?
Unless otherwise stated, our charges do not include any taxes, levies, duties or similar governmental assessments, including value-added, sales, use or withholding taxes assessable by any local, state, provincial or foreign jurisdiction. We will invoice you for such taxes if we believe we have a legal obligation to do so and you agree to pay such taxes if so invoiced.

Support tickets cover the following updates:
Requested updates estimated to take over 1 hour will incur a fee of $175 per hour. Fees will be charged on the day work begins and must be agreed to by the client in writing prior to the start of the task.
