The second option you have for training, is to book a free, 30 minute, one-on-one meeting with a member of our Customer Success Team. These meetings are useful to address unique questions you may have about your website. There is no need to meet in person for this meeting, as we will be initiating a web conference and sharing our screens with you, while speaking over the phone.
To book a meeting with one of our team members, you can book a support meeting online and you will be able to choose a day and time that works for you.
The third option you have, is to visit the Advisor Websites Knowledge Base. Our Knowledge Base provides how-to’s for a lot of the most commonly asked questions, and some Knowledge Base articles even have video walkthroughs for you to watch at your own convenience.
